These terms govern your use of tntautocare.us (the "Site"), operated by Crewster LLC d/b/a TNT Auto Care ("we," "us," "our"), an Indiana limited liability company.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Services we perform are governed separately by our Service Agreement.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or copy content except as permitted by our robots.txt
- Submit false information through our contact form
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, the TNT Auto Care name and logo, layout, and design — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Our before-and-after photographs are our original work product. You may not use them in any commercial or promotional context without written permission.
3. Pricing and Service Information
Prices, packages, service descriptions, and availability shown on the Site are for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. A binding price is established when we confirm your booking.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant that all content is current, complete, or free of error.
4. Booking Through Third-Party Services
Our booking page is hosted by Crewster (crewsterapp.com), a separate platform. Your use of that booking page may be subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card details.
5. External Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
6. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Vehicle care information on the Site is general in nature and is not advice for any specific vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved as set out in our Service Agreement.
