Service Agreement
Last updated: August 11, 2026
TNT Auto Care is a d/b/a of Crewster LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("TNT Auto Care," "we," "us," or "our").
These terms govern all detailing and vehicle care services we provide. By booking an appointment, submitting a service request, or allowing us to begin work on a vehicle, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide mobile automotive detailing and related vehicle care services at a location you designate within our service area in Southern Indiana. Current service packages and pricing are published at tntautocare.us and are subject to change without notice. Pricing quoted at the time of booking applies to that appointment.
We are a detailing service. We do not perform mechanical repair, bodywork, paint refinishing, or vehicle inspection, and nothing we provide should be relied on as an assessment of a vehicle's mechanical or structural condition.
2. Estimates, Pricing, and Re-Quoting
Published prices assume a vehicle in ordinary condition for its age and use, and are based on the vehicle class and service selected at booking.
If, on arrival, a vehicle's actual condition materially differs from what was described at booking — including but not limited to excessive pet hair, biological contamination, smoke damage, heavy staining, mold, sand or construction debris, or soiling requiring substantially more time than the selected service allows — we will provide a revised price before beginning work. You may accept the revised price, select a different service, or decline and reschedule at no charge.
We will not perform additional chargeable work without your prior approval.
Oversized vehicles, third-row SUVs, vans, and trucks may be subject to published size-based pricing.
3. Scheduling and Site Access
You are responsible for providing:
- A safe, legal, and accessible parking space adequate for the vehicle and our equipment
- Sufficient clearance to work around the entire vehicle
- Permission to perform the service at the location, including any approval required by a property owner, landlord, employer, or homeowners association
- Vehicle keys or access, and any gate or building codes needed
- Access to water and electrical supply as described below
Unless we advise otherwise, you must provide access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard 120V electrical outlet at the service location. If either is unavailable, tell us before your appointment so we can confirm whether the service can be performed.
If we arrive and the vehicle is inaccessible, the location is unsuitable or unsafe, or no one is available to provide access, the appointment may be treated as a no-show under Section 5.
4. Deposits
TNT Auto Care reserves the right to require a deposit to reserve an appointment. Deposits are typically requested for larger or extended-duration services, multi-vehicle bookings, fleet accounts, and vehicles requiring significant additional time. Where a deposit is required, the amount will be communicated at the time of booking and applied in full toward the final invoice.
Deposits secure a reserved time block and are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will have the deposit applied to the rescheduled service.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
- Rescheduling: free with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late cancellation: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit any deposit paid.
- No-show: if we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, or you are not available at the scheduled time and have not made prior arrangements, any deposit is forfeited and a no-show fee of up to $50 may be charged.
- Cancellation by us: we may reschedule for weather, equipment failure, illness, or safety conditions. If we cancel, any deposit is fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment at your choice.
6. Weather
Certain services cannot be performed safely or to standard in rain, high wind, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures. We may reschedule for weather at our discretion, without penalty to either party. We will give you as much notice as conditions allow.
7. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.
Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions may incur a fee of up to $50 plus any costs we incur in collection. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by Indiana law.
Fleet and commercial accounts may be invoiced on separate written terms.
8. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
This section is important. Please read it.
Vehicles presented for detailing frequently have pre-existing conditions that are not visible until the vehicle is cleaned. Cleaning and polishing remove dirt, wax, glaze, and oxidation that may have been concealing scratches, chips, dents, paint defects, failing clear coat, prior body repair, mismatched paint, cracked trim, worn upholstery, or adhesive residue.
Revealing a pre-existing condition is not the same as causing it.
- We document vehicle condition photographically before beginning work. By booking, you consent to this documentation.
- You are responsible for disclosing known damage, prior repairs, aftermarket paint or film, wraps, vinyl, or any area requiring special care before work begins.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for the emergence or worsening of conditions arising from a vehicle's existing state, including:
- Failing, thin, oxidized, or previously repainted clear coat
- Rust, corrosion, or paint bubbling
- Cracked, faded, brittle, or deteriorated trim, plastic, rubber, or leather
- Loose or improperly installed emblems, moldings, or aftermarket parts
- Prior body filler, respray, or aftermarket paint of unknown quality
- Existing upholstery damage, burns, tears, or permanent staining
- Water intrusion resulting from failed seals, missing weatherstripping, damaged window regulators, or unrepaired body damage
- Electrical faults or component failures unrelated to our work
9. Results and Limitations
Detailing improves appearance; it does not restore a vehicle to new condition. We do not guarantee:
- Complete removal of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke residue, or discoloration
- Removal of scratches, swirls, or defects that extend beyond the clear coat
- Any specific level of gloss, color, or finish on aged, oxidized, or previously repainted surfaces
- Permanent protection from any sealant, dressing, or coating; all protective products have a limited lifespan affected by weather, washing, and use
We will tell you in advance when we believe a desired result is unlikely to be achievable.
10. Personal Property
Please remove all personal property, valuables, cash, electronics, firearms, medication, documents, and items of sentimental value before your appointment.
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left in or on the vehicle. We are not responsible for the removal, reinstallation, or condition of child safety seats; you are responsible for removing and reinstalling them.
Items found in a vehicle will be left in the vehicle. We do not take custody of personal property.
11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We may decline or stop a service, in whole or in part, if we encounter:
- Biological contamination, including bodily fluids, human or animal waste, needles, or infestation
- Mold, hazardous materials, or conditions we believe present a health risk
- Unsafe working conditions, aggressive animals, threatening behavior, or harassment
- A vehicle whose condition we believe cannot be serviced without causing damage
Where we stop work for these reasons, you remain responsible for work already performed.
12. Damage Claims
If you believe we caused damage to your vehicle, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion, in writing, with photographs. This allows us to compare against our pre-service documentation while the condition is still verifiable.
We will investigate promptly and in good faith. Where we are responsible, we will repair the damage, arrange for repair by a qualified provider of our choosing, or reimburse the reasonable cost of repair, at our option.
Claims made after 48 hours may be denied. Do not have repairs performed before notifying us; unauthorized repairs may void the claim.
13. Insurance
TNT Auto Care carries general liability insurance and garage keepers coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request for commercial and fleet customers.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law:
- Our total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount paid by you for that service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of use, loss of value, rental costs, lost time, or lost profits.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Photography and Marketing
We photograph and video vehicles before, during, and after service for quality documentation and marketing. By booking, you grant TNT Auto Care a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use these images in advertising, on our website, and on social media.
We will obscure license plates and will not publish your name, address, or identifying personal information without your permission. You may opt out of marketing use at any time by telling us before or during the appointment, or by contacting us afterward at details@tntautocare.us.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNT Auto Care, its members, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misrepresentation of a vehicle's condition or ownership, or your lack of authority or permission to have the vehicle serviced at the designated location.
17. Authority
By booking, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to arrange service, and that you have authority to accept these terms.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at details@tntautocare.us and allow 30 days to resolve the matter informally.
Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in [COUNTY] County, Indiana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and TNT Auto Care agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Indiana.
19. General
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with any written estimate or invoice, are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior discussions.
- Modification. We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that service.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent.
