Crewster LLC d/b/a TNT Auto Care ("we," "us," "our") operates tntautocare.us. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

1. Information We Collect

You give us directly

Through our contact form, booking page, phone, text, or email:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Vehicle year, make, and model
  • Your town, and the service address where work will be performed
  • Notes or messages you send us
  • Gate codes or access instructions you choose to provide

Collected automatically

Our host may log standard technical data, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site. This is used for security and basic traffic understanding.

Photographs

We photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality documentation and marketing. Photographs may incidentally capture a driveway, home exterior, or license plate. We obscure license plates before publishing any image, and we do not publish your name or address without permission.

We do not collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account information. We do not store full payment card numbers — payments are processed by third-party providers.

2. How We Use It

  • To respond to your questions and provide quotes
  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on services
  • To send appointment confirmations and reminders
  • To invoice and collect payment
  • To document vehicle condition before and after service
  • To request a review after a completed service
  • To improve our services and website

3. Marketing

We may contact you about promotions or seasonal services if you've used our services or requested information. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing details@tntautocare.us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages about a booked appointment.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — website hosting (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), booking and business management (Crewster), and payment processing. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
  • Legal authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor entity, if the business is sold or merged.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic operation. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated. Most browsers let you refuse cookies; doing so may affect some site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We keep customer records, including service history and before-and-after photographs, for as long as needed for business, tax, insurance, and legal purposes — generally seven years. Contact form submissions from people who do not become customers are retained for up to two years.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal and business retention needs
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Ask us not to use photographs of your vehicle for marketing
